Leadership Development
In order to develop future leaders, The ISF Academy provides students with moral training and school leadership opportunities. The ISF Academy Student Council comprising elected representatives from each class is responsible for organizing community and school volunteer services and addressing issues of student concern.
This gives students not only a sense of civic awareness and empowerment, but also the experience of the electoral process. Other programs give The ISF Academy students the chance to mentor younger age groups and participate in leadership roles beyond their school environs. |
The ISF Academy believes the ability to embrace diversity is fundamental to learning and leadership. Our faculty comes from a multitude of different countries and backgrounds, providing a range of experiences and viewpoints. In addition, The ISF Academy Pokfulam campus is fully equipped for disabled student access.
Exposure to a broad base of perspectives encourages individuals to examine their own identity. Such interactions challenge stereotyping and are important for shaping critical thinking and leadership skills.
