Building a strong sense of community is one of the core objectives of The ISF Academy. The ISF Academy students engage in community work in Hong Kong and beyond, giving them room to grow into caring, civic-minded individuals.
Below are just a few examples of activities initiated by The ISF Academy students, parents and faculty:
- Book collection drive for Chinese orphanages
- Visits to senior citizen homes
- Volunteering at the SPCA
- Support for Community Chest donation drives
- Unicef
- School Ambassadors for Open Day
- Kids teaching kids
- Student Buddy for incoming transfer students
- Donations to Chinese farming villages
- Soup Kitchen activities involving all age groups
