Learning Support

The ISF Academy employs a team of multi-disciplinary professionals to provide learning support and counseling services for all learners in our community. The Learning Support Team (the Team) consists of an Educational Psychologist, three Guidance Counselors, a Social Worker from the Boys’ and Girls’ Clubs Association of Hong Kong, a Student Guidance Officer from Hong Kong Education Bureau, and is led by the Head of Learning Support (Counseling and Personal Development). The Team provides support for students with social, developmental, emotional, academic and behavioral concerns through a wide range of counseling and learning support initiatives. The Team also helps in developing the Moral Education (Primary) and Personal Development Learning (Secondary) curriculum, provides professional development for teachers on supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), and supports parents with professional consultation service and parent education.
