Merit-Based Scholarship Programs

INTRODUCTION

The Board of Governors of The ISF Academy has established a Merit-Based Scholarship Program to encourage our students to strive for excellence in their chosen passions, be it in academics, the arts, sports or other areas. This scholarship program provides for a fee remission of 50% of the annual tuition fee and, in the case of the Special Talent Scholarship, an annual allowance.

 The objectives of this program are:

  • to encourage and motivate our students to strive for academic excellence and balanced development;
  • to acknowledge our students' achievements and efforts; and
  • to ensure students deserving of an excellent education are not constrained by financial considerations.

Students who qualify for Financial Aid may also apply for a Merit-Based Scholarship.

Students who are presently studying in the school as well as transfer students are eligible to apply for these scholarships. The Scholarship Selection Committee does not distinguish between existing and transfer students in its deliberation.

Meeting the eligibility criteria does not guarantee the award of a scholarship. The award of the scholarship is at the sole discretion of the Board.
