Applicants for Grade 2 and above are required to complete ANNEX II – The Reference Form. Part A of Annex II is to be filled in by parents and Part B is to be completed by the School Representative of the applicant’s current or last attended school. The completed form(s) should be sent directly to our Admission Office by the school. Parents may also choose to submit ANNEX II after the applicant has passed the assessment tests.
